Warranty Policy

Unless the product page or invoice states a different period, products sold by Shreenathji's CarTech Studio include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the invoice date.
Covered
- Verified manufacturing defects during normal use
- Repair or replacement at our discretion after inspection
- The original purchaser with a valid invoice
Not covered
- Broken or damaged screens, glass or touch panels
- Physical, accidental, impact, burn or liquid damage
- Incorrect wiring, voltage, installation, modification or tampering
- Normal wear, cosmetic marks, consumables or misuse
- Faults caused by another vehicle component, accessory or third-party service

This policy does not reduce rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.
